Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the batk1 platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and batk1.
1 Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the batk1 online platform ("Site" or "Platform"). By accessing the batk1 website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these Terms.
batk1 operates an entertainment-focused online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. We ensure a reliable environment through SSL encryption, fair play policies, and secure payment gateways. These Terms may be updated regularly; the latest version will always be published on the site.
batk1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility
To use the batk1 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Providing a false age during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- You are opening an account in your own name and for your own benefit.
- The information you provide is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country where you reside.
- Each person may operate only one account.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposits
The following methods are currently available for depositing funds into your batk1 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.
- Funds must be sent from a registered name and a verified mobile number or bank account.
- Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
- There are no processing charges on deposits, though the mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification.
- Withdrawals will only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until account verification (KYC) is complete.
- Some withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed in emergency situations or during security reviews.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on batk1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted directly.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
- After activating a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit.
- If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
- Betting with a bonus may be restricted or limited on certain games.
- It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — you must choose one bonus according to the applicable terms.
4.3 Other Promotions
Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the promotions page. batk1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5 Gameplay Rules
All games on the batk1 platform are operated in accordance with fair play policies. If a game result is undetermined due to a technical failure, batk1 reserves the right to void or adjust the related bet.
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, any active bets will be settled according to server logs.
- Winnings displayed incorrectly due to software errors or technical issues may be cancelled.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
- If any fraudulent activity by a player is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
- Maximum bet limits may vary by game and category, and batk1 reserves the right to change them.
5.1 Sports Betting
Additional rules may apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup, Champions League), kabaddi, and other sports. Betting markets may close before official match results are announced.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
batk1's VIP program has five levels. Each level offers weekly cashback and special benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP levels are upgraded based on active gaming activity. batk1 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, and the criteria for level determination. Cashback is provided as a bonus and applicable wagering requirements may need to be met.
7 Responsible Gaming
batk1 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment purposes only. If any player feels their gaming habits are going out of control, please contact us.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Using bots, macros, or automated software.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
- Chargeback fraud — intentionally disputing a transaction with your bank.
- Bypassing the verification process using false identity or documents.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
batk1 follows our Privacy Policy for the collection, processing, and protection of your personal data. We use SSL encryption to keep your information secure and do not share it with third parties — except where required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability
The batk1 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. batk1 will not be held liable for:
- Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
- Software errors from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft.
- Issues with the player's own device or software.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to another person's account.
In the event of a dispute, batk1's decision will be considered final; however, members may appeal via live chat or email.
11 Account Closure and Termination
11.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure, unless an active bonus condition or investigation is ongoing.
11.2 Closure by batk1
batk1 reserves the right to close any account immediately for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
- Registration using false information.
- Instruction from a legal authority.
If an account is closed, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, bonus balances and suspicious winnings may be forfeited.
